In partnership with the Longview News-Journal, Arts!Longview commissioned local artists to refurbish a newspaper stand and convert it into a Free Little Art Gallery where artists can make and trade small pieces of artwork. Charles Arnold helped with the refurbishment and Melody Calhoun painted the design.
